Terms of Service

By using flipink.app or purchasing products from FlipInk, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

FlipInk and flipink.app are operated by Xu Wang, an individual based in China ("FlipInk", "we", "us", or "our"). You can reach us at support@flipink.app.

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable digital art packs consisting of PNG image files formatted for NFC e-ink phone cases. Individual packs cost USD 4.99 and the Complete Set costs USD 12.99. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.

Our companion iOS application, MyScreen Neo, is available for free on the Apple App Store. Downloading and using MyScreen Neo is governed by Apple's App Store terms rather than these Terms.

3. Ordering and payment

All orders are processed through third-party payment providers. We never see, process, or store your full payment card numbers.

• Creem (Merchant of Record): When your checkout is processed by Creem, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, registered in Estonia) acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller of our digital products. This means you purchase the product from Creem as the seller of record. Creem charges your payment method, calculates and remits applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. When purchasing through Creem, Creem's own buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to your transaction.
• Stripe: Payments may also be processed by Stripe, acting as our payment processor.

4. Delivery

Digital art packs are delivered electronically. Right after your payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please make sure your email address is accurate. If you do not receive your link within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@flipink.app.

5. Licence

Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the PNG files for personal, non-commercial use only on your own devices and phone cases.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or publicly upload the files.
• Use the artwork for commercial products, merchandise, or business promotions.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the artwork.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. For full details and instructions, see our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse flipink.app. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security measures, scrape content or digital assets, introduce malware, or use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, PNG files, graphics, text, logos, and website design on flipink.app are the intellectual property of Xu Wang (FlipInk) and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Buying a digital art pack grants you a personal-use licence only and does not transfer any copyright or ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our digital products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While our PNG files are designed for compatible NFC e-ink phone cases, we do not manufacture hardware and are not responsible for hardware defects or third-party app issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipInk and Xu Wang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you under the laws of your country of habitual residence.
